Lithia Ford Lincoln of Fresno Service Center

Unfortunately, this is based on the service department that did a repair on my truck 6 months ago for transmission work, and now that my truck is out of warranty Ford Ranger 2021, they are saying that for the same reason as replacement parts before, it will be $5,600 to fix the issue the second time. The rep recommended that I replace my transmission because of a known issue, which would cost me $11,000. My truck is out of warranty by 3,000 miles, but the parts are only 8 months old from them holding my truck for two months the last time they repaired it. I do not recommend buying a ford from them.

We took our truck in for service. Preformed service requested in a timely manner!! Very friendly in the service department! DJ handled our entry and exit paperwork. He was very friendly, and was time conscious on our service, checking on us a couple times and asking if I needed anything! Glenn also from the service center was great!!! We will return! Thank you

Gabriel is an excellent service tech. Every time I go in, he seems to be my service advisor. Very happy with his customer service and communication. Would highly recommend working with Gabriel. I have others that were not as communicative.

Our service advisor, Luis Moreno, was very courteous, professional, helpful, and conscientious to be certain he understood what the issue was with our Lincoln Corsair GT. Our initial repair needed some additional attention. I dropped by without an appointment and Luis took our car in and prioritized it. I did not have to wait very long for the issue to be properly resolved and it is still working great. Luis seems to be a great asset to the Lithia Ford/Lincoln service team.

The salesman was laid back, funny and worked hard to make sure they got me the car I wanted at the best price. The financial advisor explained everything well and made sure I was protected in some way.
