Excellent work! Was cheaper than other shops... And he ended up doing more work and was still under their bid... He doesn't advertise... He doesn't need to. Tuff to get on sometimes due to his excellent work, you have to schedule. Tells you everything! No surprises.

Charlie at KW is awesome. Highly recommend this shop. I’ve brought many cars there over the years and have always been happy with his work.

The owner Charlie is a cranky SOB, but he is probably the best at diagnostics you will find in Fresno - that's why even the major dealerships take the cars their factory trained mechanics can't figure out to KW. Charlie is a perfectionist who does the work correctly, the right way, and he's supremely honest, a real good guy, and a brilliant mechanic.

Charlie is ok. Above par than most other shops in town. Charlie knows his VW's, but his bed side manner is rather bruised. Of all the good shops in town, Charlies KW ranks above them all. Just avoid at all costs the clown in Clovis Dan Bergan dba Speed Unlimited. SU is a -100 Charlie is a +9
