Dropped the bike off at service, walked directly to McDonald’s to eat breakfast and kill time before an entire day of killing time. Great deal some Christmas locked in . now to find somewhere to ride them

Called two days in a row and told I would be called back by the parts department. They’re good at ignoring you or not telling you important details like, the parts department is closed today. I was told a part would be here in 5 days. It’s been 8 days going on nine. I haven’t been told it’s on back order by anyone. I’m interested in getting a part number if anyone would do as they promised.

Guys were slow just to check my bike which the worked on. Which oil indicator keeps coming on. I knew what it was just wanted them to fix the problem. Slow service and pretty pricy just for basic service.

Carson B is the worst sales representative there. Argumentative for no reason, and very unprofessional in the way he speaks to. Needs a serious attitude adjustment. Ruined my entire experience, I would never use this guy to buy any vehicle from this business.
