Went in with my dad hoping to get some help finding a hose, guy at the front desk with a tattoo on his right arm was extremely and unacceptably rude. We gave no attitude and were extremely nice and patient. He was sarcastic and seemed very annoyed to help us. Improve your customer service. Will not be going here again and i recommend to others to seek another O’Reilly to shop at.

I bought a supposedly brand new "Super Start" brand battery from this O'Reilly at 1401 N Blackstone Ave for my wife's Honda Accord and was told by the Store MGR it was a 3 year battery.
