We returned a part on 12-2-2022. It’s 12-12-2022 they still have not returned the money on our cards. Every time we call they get our info but still have not not refunded the money. Very unprofessional
Their computer properly diagnosed the problem. However, there technicians were lacking training and proper tools for wiring an allison transmission. Apparently pin connections are important for the transmission to talk to the computer. As a direct result of this, time was lost and resources were wasted.
