Frank's Auto Smog check New and Used tires

Frank did not want to fix a issue he cause with my car will never go back there will never tell anyone else about his shop

Last weekend, on our way to Morro Bay for a heat escape from Fresno, we saw a lady stranded with 3 small children 40 minutes from paso robles. My husband and I stopped to help, and rigged her overheating car and got her safely to Paso Robles o reillys. 3 blocks away Frank's was the only shop in paso robles open. We were able to get her there. We were unable to speak Spanish, (she spoke only spanish) we were relieved that Frank "habla espanol"! After explaining the unfortunate circumstances and a diagnostic on her car he informed us it would cost 400 dollars parts and labor. Frank was absolutely wonderful!! He sold the parts at cost and promised to stay past closing to fix …

Very experienced business and staff. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends. Been a customer for 15 years. Keep up the good work, Frank !!!!

Over priced me for a diagnostic $65. And stated catalytic converter is needed. His price $1,220...got it done a block down for half the price! And the light came back on. He is kind but over priced.
