Do NOT trust this company! They came to fix my oven and charged me $250 and said once they got the part in, they’d return my call. It’s been almost 4 months. The oven company said they sent the part to them a while ago. I have called and texted their number many times and they have still not responded. So now I am not only out $250, but have gone 4 months without a working oven.

Used them for my warranty repair on my washing machine, their tech had to come out 4 different times and each time he broke my washing machine further. The guy sounded completely unsure of his work, the first thing he said was, "I've never worked on LG washing machines before". Why is this guy being sent out to work on my washing machine then? Tech was awesome! He was familiar with my LG stove, and even though he couldn't replicate the issue, he knew what may have fixed it.
