Les Schwab Tire Center

I left these guys at one-star review yesterday before I brought my car in today but I deleted that once I review because the guy on the phone yesterday was nice and he made the appointment but now that I'm here on Wednesday July 9th dealing with these completely clueless employees I regret deleting that review and I'm here to put it back on. First of all I usually get treated passively aggressively before they even do anything to my car and then once they do something in my car I always have to bring it back a second time no matter what they do to it. So right now they replace one of my tires in the car is pulling to the right and they're trying to say I need an alignment ev…

Would not recommend. Every time I have brought a car here for breaks, tires etc. I have had to come back because something was not done correctly or something was missed. Having to come bask a second time is very inconvenient.

Just wanted some air in my tires lol, waited 30 minutes, not including time before I decided to go speak with someone. Did not realize getting air was a premium service these days. Avoid eye contact and keep head down is the motto at this location. Glad I keep my own pump in my vehicle, but was hoping not to get dirty today. Must be a typical occurrence at this location, as no one batted an eye at me filling my tires in their parking lot. The other locations are all friendly and swift, despite how busy they are, don't know what the deal is here. I will help y'all out by not returning here ✌🏿

I had a great experience with everyone here. They're very nice and welcoming when you walk in, very professional and kind over the phone. I had an issue with two tires and they had me all fixed up and back on the road within a matter of probably an hour and a half tops. I would highly recommend Les Schwab!

First off, this was a very clean and cool place w/ free coffee, popcorn, wifi, and a comfortable lounge area to wait for your vehicle to be done. Second off, these wonderful men and women had great service, answered my questions, and guided me in the righ direction for my vehicle needs. They charged me $0 to fix a slow leak in my back right tire. I couldn’t believe it was free, especially in my current situation/predicament. I can’t promise you’ll get a free repair, but you will get quality service from quality people, and in our world, there isn’t a price I wouldn’t pay for that. Thank you so much Les Schwabe of Fresno🙏
