I purchased run-flat tires, and my warranty was unexpectedly voided due to alleged tire misuse, despite their designed run-flat functionality. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with the store, each promise to order a replacement tire has resulted in confusion and unfulfilled commitments. Frustrating experience with unresolved issues.

The manager and other service members were very patient, went above and beyond to help me, and were scrupulously polite during every interaction (and there were many!) The prices on tires and installation were competitive, the warranty turned out to be much needed, and I was very happy with the service I received. I highly recommend this tire center!

They don't have the greatest selection of tires, but I got a set of 4 Michelin CrossClimate 2 tires for around $700 for my car there. The technicians are knowledgeable, and warranties are offered for the tires against premature wear (and installation issues) if you take advantage of the free tire rotations. The tire center is pretty good. The service people are friendly and knowledgeable. The service people will take their time to find out the best tire for you. There are great deals on tires plus along with your tire installation you get balancing, rotation and road hazard warranty for the life of the tire.
