AutoZone Auto Parts

My check engine light came on right before closing. I called ahead and they were ready for me when I got there. They used their tool to get a code, explained the results, and even checked my air filter. They explained what else I should check tomorrow and gave me a printout of the code report. All of this while they were trying to close and go home. I didn’t get their names, but to the two young men who were working tonight, thank you!

The customer service at 927 S Clovis Ave in Fresno, CA is extraordinary! Macario and Miah went above and beyond to help me with my battery. They took the time to test it, and since it was good, they went one more step and checked my car's alternator, starter and performed an overall diagnostic. Thankfully, it was all good, as it was just a matter of loose cables! I appreciate their honesty and their kindness in helping me, plus they saved me at least $250. Macario and Miah, I can't thank you enough for all your help and for providing great customer service!

Love this place, love Tony and the manager whose name was Moss I believe! Super friendly and kind! The best experience in autozone! Very helpful and they were super friendly!

I've been putting an old vehicle back into reliable operating condition, and Auto Zone has had the parts I've needed and good advice.

Had a good experience one of the workers, Mary, that helped me. Overall she had a great attitude and patience when it came to helping and getting me the correct part. Also took the time to compare the previous part to make sure I got the correct part that I needed.
