Honestly il never come to this location again. They dont ever look happy they did not make me feel helped and did not put any effort to explain any options for car batteries or anything. They went straight to "you want this one" showing me the ones they have first. Went to another location and it was sooo much better than this one.

The customer service was very professional with he's job very helpful on what you purchase 👍 good job

Came in to test my battery and the worker Trevor came out to help. Found I needed a replacement and he was able to replace for me quickly. Also come to find out he was on his lunch break! What a sweetheart would recommend this location ~

Love it when a store displays items neatly and correctly! The customer service here wasn’t as good as the Auto Zone on Kings Canyon/ Clovis though, since they didn’t help me find what I needed when I asked if they have it. The prices of some but not all are slightly higher around $2-4 than other places like Walmart and Amazon.

Always help me with my parts they are need but the rewards points is a joke you never get the money the promise because points expire very fast, today nov-5 I went nice costumers service rewards points are better we used are phone number now is a change for better nice job.
