McGaughy's Suspension Parts

I got a 2014 silverado with the 7-9in lift kit and thru no fault of mcgaughys the drivers side front differential drop bracket broke I emailed mcgaughys inquiring about buying a new one and Jason warmuth replied asking for a photo of the parts To make sure he looked up the right part and asked for my address to get me a shipping quote. 4 days later I had the part at my front door free of charge they have excellent customer service fast service and fast replies highly recommend great product great staff

Looking for the BEST custom lift kits and suspension you have landed at the right place. We at "Tuff Truck Parts & Customs" highly recommend McGaughys as we have used their products on hundreds of our builds and our customers couldn't be happier. Highly Recommend.

Lift kit and components in general look good. Read a good amount of negative reviews over their Powdercoat so I opted to get my kit re done. I do know it did chip easily (mass production Powdercoating) . My gripe with mcgauphys is their customer service, I ordered my traction bars through switch suspension when they arrived I took out the hardware kit(bag),tossed out box and took parts to powder coating. I started installation Sunday and quickly realized the small hardware to hold in the inserts was missing. I called them today to get a set sent out only to be told that I need to pay for this and/or shipping. For THEIR mistake on a 1300.00 item! Update: 8/5/24 they actually did send the hard…

Love my suspension 7-9. Great customer service and people who care

Best lift I've ever had! Third on my 14 Ram 2500, and hands down rides and drives way better than either of the previous. Now if I had only gone with the 10" instead of 8" oh well...
